Transform
Priority 1
Transform our services to continually respond to evolving sector needs and priorities.
As the only dedicated organizational development resource for ASOs and HIV-funded programs in Ontario, we must ensure our program model is flexible and reflects evolving wise practices that ground capacity building. This means a model that offers clients core supports, and that also offers a more intensive response when warranted. This also means strategically integrating how we work with both leadership and Boards. In addition, addressing anti-racism with an intersectional lens (and with a focus on Anti-Black and anti-Indigenous racism) and prioritizing GIPA/MEPA is key. Telling the story of our journey to transform our model and the outcomes we achieve will also be critical to our sustainability and to successfully supporting the organizations and programs we serve.
